Training FAQs

For Internal Auditor Training, basic familiarity with the ISO standard is helpful but not required — we cover the relevant clauses during the course. For Awareness Training, no prior knowledge is needed at all.

Public courses are scheduled sessions open to participants from different companies — ideal if you have 1–3 people to train. In-house training is conducted at your premises for your team only, with case studies tailored to your industry and standard. In-house is more cost-effective for groups of 5 or more.

All participants who complete the training receive a CPD Certificate of Attendance issued by Cari Consultancy. This certificate can be used as evidence in your ISO management system records for training competency.

Yes. All our training programmes are available in English, Bahasa Malaysia, or bilingual delivery. For in-house training we will agree on the preferred language during the planning stage.
